Seminyak vibes 🏖️

Location is fab—so close to everything! The pool was lekker for chilling after a long day, and brekkie had some decent selections, not the usual boring stuff. Loved the friendly staff too, they really made us feel at home.

Check-in was a bit of a jol—took too long and felt chaotic, but we managed.

The Deluxe King Room had a decent ambiance with a pool view that made lounging around pretty enjoyable. The overall layout of the property offers a good blend of relaxation and a bit of excitement, with the pool area being spacious enough for a chill day under the sun.

Check-in was a bit sluggish. we arrived at 1:30 PM but waited until 2:45 PM to get our keys. Had a hard time getting hot tea during breakfast since they keep forgetting the milk, and the food quality felt beneath what you'd expect at this price point. there's some noticeable wear in the room, like scuffed carpets and chairs that could use a bit more care.

I had a wonderful experience at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Riri and Mathias, who provided personalized service. The spacious and clean Deluxe King Room had a great ambiance, and the variety in the restaurant's food was delightful.

Some rooms had minor maintenance issues.

the staff provided exceptional service, and the location offers easy access to both the beach and vibrant shops. breakfast was delightful, with both local and international options available (the mango pancakes were a highlight! ).

the gym equipment was quite limited.

The large pool area offers an inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and fun. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff consistently demonstrated warmth and professionalism during our stay. the view from our room was somewhat disappointing, facing a neglected building. While the food, including the popular hot dogs, was enjoyable, the overall maintenance of certain areas could use improvement.

The staff were friendly, especially during breakfast service, but communication was difficult as many struggled with English. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and local shops, yet the cleanliness and room maintenance could use improvement.

Breakfast offered an incredible variety, featuring multiple cuisines that satisfied our diverse tastes. I appreciated the attentive service from the staff, particularly during breakfast, where their friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere. The kids were thrilled with the dedicated pool area, providing them plenty of fun while I relaxed by the main pool.

Some areas of the room needed better maintenance.
